If you receive a product with a quality issue, please provide a video as evidence from the moment you receive the package from the courier until you open the package. This is to prevent any malicious damage. Once we verify the quality issue, we will process a full refund via PayPal (including shipping costs and the price of the item, excluding taxes). You must submit your refund request within two days of receiving the product.

Why do we only offer refund services?

Because the shipping location is in China, returning the item will take a lot of time. And shipping costs are also an uneconomical expense.

 So for product quality (clothing cracking, jewelry cracking, seriously affecting use), we will provide a refund service.

 We will shoot shipping videos for each product before shipment to ensure that there are no issues with the product before shipment. If you provide us with video evidence, it will be convenient for us to apply to the logistics company.
